01. Do I need to backup & clear data on my device before submitting for repair?
For most repairs, we don’t require to back up data. However, you can still back it up just to be safe. Also, we need access to your device to work on the issue and solve it, and so, we would need your passcode. Though we have a safe team, we suggest you remove any sensitive data from your iPhone, iPad or MacBook before giving it for repair for additional safety.

02. Does Simplifix use genuine Apple parts for its repairs?
Apple doesn't sell its parts in the market, so we cannot claim to install "Apple Original" parts officially and we can install a used/refurbished part. We only use high-quality parts to ensure that the devices function smoothly.

03. Why are we the best?
Simplifix is an independent service centre dealing exclusively with Apple products. However, we are not directly or indirectly associated with Apple Inc. We are not an authorised Apple service centre.

04. Do I get a Warranty?
Yes, definitely. All our repairs include three months to 1-year warranty, while iPhone screen replacement and MacBook display replacement hold a one year warranty. Motherboard chip-level repairs typically carry 3 months warranty.
