Costomized products

We have developed a number of customized products for our clients, to name a few of them...

1. Derailment Detection Device

Developed Proof of Concept Derailment Detection Device in collaboration with Technology Mission on Railway Safety Group at IIT Kanpur. The device automatically activates braking system of a train in case of derailment and in this way minimizes losses during derailment. The project has received funding from RDSO Lucknow.

2. Electronic Control System for STM walker arrangement

Designed and developed complete electronic control system for Scanning Tunnelling Microscope’s walker arrangement. The electronic control unit has the facility of computer interfacing as well.

3. Computer Interface of Micro-Pump

Developed a computer interface for an imported Micro-Pump which has earlier the facility of only being controlled by electronic control unit.

Consultation

We provide technical consultancy to our clients. Provide them assistance at each stage of product development, from conceptualization to installation. At the moment we are assisting Prof. Sumit Basu (Mechanical Engineering, IIT Kanpur) and Prof S. Sangal (Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, IIT Kanpur) in their indigenous Nano-Indenter development project.
